What's happening?

Dorothy Dickerson, owner of Books and More of Albion, has been faithfully maintaining our local bookstore since 1999.  Her friends, Jim and Staci Stuart, assumed ownership and responsibilities beginning April 1, 2017. 

• The store is closed for remodeling during April of 2017.
• Stirling Books & Brew will open May 1, 2017
  (ribbon cutting on Tuesday, May 2nd at 10:00am)

What's Changing?

• The wonderful staff is NOT changing!   Dorothy is continuing with us after our re-opening, along with Frosty and Steve.
  
• Site / Presentation
  • The building exterior front / rear will be repainted and we'll get have new signage on the building and graphics in the windows.
  • Complete remodel on the interior with emphasis on cafe seating with wireless internet in the front half of the store.
  • New Hours!   Open daily 10am-10pm, so you can hang out late with your family, your friends, your laptop.
• Bookstore
  • Continue to carry new and used books.
  • Improve children's and young adult sections.
  • Offer book exchange for credit onto account.
• Cafe
  • Continue with full service coffee / tea / smoothies and trained baristas.
  • Adding additional teas (including Bubble Tea!).
  • Adding locally-baked goods prepared  by our talented local bakers.
