There’s so much going on this day on our Albion Trail! Come out and fill our trail in Albion on National Trails Day, June 4, 2022!
Stirling Books & Brew will be open early at 9am on June 4th, if you want to park behind Stirling for the morning, grab a coffee, and walk to the South trailhead in the County Park, across from Condit Rd at M-99 / 28 Mile Rd. and near the Elks Lodge.
At 10am at the South Trailhead, join us for the naming ceremony in the new county park!
Then at 11:30, the City will be hosting a ribbon cutting for the Albion River Trail Expansion Project at McAuliffe Park, on the corner of Albion and Austin.
Walk the trail to Stirling Books & Brew and then over to McAuliffe Park (or bike or drive) for 11:30 Ribbon Cutting on the trail extension there!
After the festivities at McAuliffe Park end, walk back to Stirling Books & Brew and enjoy more festivities, some ice cream and goodies, and some surprises for those folks on the trail!
FEEL FREE TO PARK behind Stirling Books & Brew for the day, and make Stirling your “home base” while you enjoy the activities at both ends of the trail and all along the trail.
Hope to see you on the trail and at Stirling!
